I ordered by phone and it was a short and sweet process; they were out of orchids which were part of the bouquet I selected but did a great creating the same effect with bells of Ireland and filling out the base instead.

My conversation with the gentleman was perfectly informal, personalized, and directly intended to ensure I'm getting what I pay for. I opted to pick this bouquet up and hand deliver it and I'm glad I did. I got to see how clean, colorful, and organized the store was. I also got a chance to look at the incredibly beautiful and exotic arrangements and floral displays throughout the store.
