I met Seth James the owner after my back shop closed. Right away I knew I made the right choice to go here. Seth and his staff have never tried to over sell me and have always done outstanding repairs and upgrades to my fleet of bikes. They also put on great group rides and offer great advice while out on the trails or the road.
Always customer focused, great staff from the owner (Seth) right down to the boys and girls in the service department. With a wide range of products to choose from (on the shop floor) its easy to get a feel for what's right for you. Whether its special orders, fine tuning your ride or just flat out advice I can always count on them to address my needs. :-)
Great Staff and Great Service! Just good people that want to see their customers happy and enjoying the outdoors on two wheels. I've never had a bad experience here and they are always able to answer my questions. I should also say that I travel around 40 min passing multiple other bike shops to come to NEB, they are that good.
Seriously the best. Every person we talked to was wicked knowledgeable, impressively so. They explained everything so well and catered to both the beginner and pro. It was apparent they care more about the right bike for the right person than up selling. I would suggest this shop to anyone. I live in CT and it was well worth the 45 min drive. I have just purchased my 10th bike from them. They offer professional advice without talking down to the customer. Every purchase I made was tailored to me, not what they had to sell. Their service is outstanding, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. From basic repairs, prepping my bikes for races and centuries, to modifying my road bike to attack Mt. Washington, they have never let me down.
